How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 5–14 business days for delivery within the USA.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Whenever possible, we ship items together. However, for logistical reasons, electronics and accessories from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. elctrovx Electronics ships to over 35 countries worldwide. We are working to expand further. If your location is not included, contact us via email and sign up for updates.

When will I see tracking information?

Once your order is picked, packed, and shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

My order shipped, but I never got my package…

If you’ve received a tracking number but can’t find your package:

  1. Contact USPS or the listed courier.

  2. If it’s still missing, file a claim with the courier and share the case number with us.

We’ll help resolve the issue under our Purchase Protection Program.

Can I cancel my order?

We process and ship orders quickly, so cancellations are difficult once placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout. If the order has shipped, follow our Refund & Return Policy.

My address is incorrect; can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us immediately at  with the correct details. Once shipped, we cannot update the destination address.

I ordered the wrong product; can you change it for me?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order is placed. Please review product details carefully before checkout. For exchanges, use our Refund & Return Policy.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged electronic product, contact our support team immediately.

My tracking info says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

If tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing:

  • Check your mailbox, property, or designated drop-off area.

  • Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
